Where Do We Deliver To?

We deliver FREE to the all of mainland UK.

What Should I Do When My Order Arrives?

It is very Important that you check the items upon delivery before signing. If the box shows signs of damage please refuse items on purchasing this item you agree to these conditions.

Can I Come and Pick My Order Up?

Yes If you are located in our local area you are most welcome to collect from our store in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Stoke on Trent Staffordshire. However please call us first to arrange on 01782 626177.

Opening times are Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 5pm.

What Will My Delivery Involve?

All of our National orders are delivered by ONE MAN SERVICE to the first accessible ground floor door of the premises. The driver will not take items up steps to get to this door and are not insured to take any items into your property. Although some of our deliveries are direct from the suppliewr and heavier products eg. divans will arrive as a two man service.

If you live within our Local Delivery area (Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Newcastle-Under-Lyme) We deliver most goods to these areas using our dedicated dispatch team. A driver and drivers mate will take the items to the room of choice.

What if I Need to Return My Item?

We only accept returns within 7 days from your delivery date and the goods are still brand new in original packaging. Items will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.

You may return the items through your own specified courier or we can get these collected using our own courier at a charge. The customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. We regret that we cannot be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer.

If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advise the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing.

This enables the replacement procedure to be more efficient.
